This is my new job's website: http://www.proradiology.com/. Everything appears to be in order for the new job. My official start date is August 15th but I can start sooner if need be. I'm excited and ready to get out of Atlanta. Los Angeles is looking to be a good choice for someone like me. We'll see, right? As soon as I get a place lined up, I'll be sending out an address. If you feel like it drop me a message with your info (at least your home address and cell number) so I can keep up with everyone!
This was my horoscope for today:
It's difficult to tell if you are very close to a wonderful experience or if you have just missed your chance. On one hand, the energy feels as if it's in decline. On the other hand, you can see the bright lights on the horizon and you know something's coming up. Don't change directions now; just keep moving as steadily as you can toward the light.
I know horoscopes are just that but I like it when they confirm what I've been experiencing a give it a positive spin. I dont really look at them as predicting the future ... more like just plain good advice.
George W. Bush finally announced his nomination for the Supreme Court
In the past weeks, Republicans and Democrats have called on President Bush to nominate a moderate for the Supreme Court—someone who would honor the legacy of independent Justice Sandra Day O'Connor. But last night, President Bush nominated Judge John Roberts, a far-right lawyer and corporate lobbyist, to fill her post on the Supreme Court. I'm not sure what I think about the guy just yet, but as more info comes out from both sides maybe a picture of who he is and what he is about will be clear.
This was a good quote I cam across today... "Happiness is not a state to arrive at, but a manner of traveling." - Margaret Lee Runbeck Amen, never forget, it is the journey that matters... not so much the destination.
Please take a moment of silence for James Doohan, 'Star Trek's' Scotty, who died last night at 85

And to offset bad news with good, I've aquired a few side jobs to finish over the next week to add to the LA trip coffer.
If you havent checked out Google Earth yet, I highly advise you to do so... and while you're at it... go to http://moon.google.com/ ... something neat happens if you zoom intoo far...
And since I'm moving to California, I figured I'd check up on the governor... Arnold is just plain nutty sometimes...

And that's it for now. I still could use a mechanic and soon. Lots of love everyone.
